Bemerkung:

Die Einbindung eines StartingPoints über den normalen Weg auf der Seite selbst funktioniert nicht. Um ein Startingpoint festzulegen am besten ins Setup folgendes schreiben:

plugin.tx_indexedsearch.search.rootPidList = 277

(277 ist die PID des Startingpoints)
